I love to read, walk, meditate, journal, play bodhran and the RAV Vast drum. I’m often exploring green spaces and enjoy sharing food/music with family or friends. I write children’s, modern and fantasy fiction, poetry and self-care non-fiction.
I grew up surrounded by nature, music and books. As a teen, I played Alto Saxophone and helped organise music events. After school and college, I worked in a Business Administrator / Health and Safety Officer role. In 2007, I qualified in teaching Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki (Japanese energy therapy). I volunteered in the community, qualifying in Meditation Teaching in 2015 and running workshops.
I live with my partner of over 20 years and our children, in the Midlands. My altar is the dining table, my temple is nature. I collect herbal teas and soaps better than most squirrels collect nuts and there are stories behind each of my tattoos.
To contact me directly, write to firstname.lastname@example.org. I’m sociable – just not on social media. Events are announced via the blog, so subscribe for upcoming posts.
