Today I’m launching OPTIMAL – a journal of growth. This FREE ebook has been useful to me, time and again, so I’m excited to be sharing it with you. The journal has three sections: Part 1 enables the creation and resetting of habits and systems, freeing time and space for what matters most. Part 2 supports study, with a flexible guide for learning. Part 3 helps in dealing with challenges and disruption to daily life, by collating decisions and actions into a plan.
I have expanded each section to support a broad spectrum of needs. Use what resonates with you and dip into it, or work methodically through the entire journal. It meets you where you are right now and allows you to take inventory of your life. Focus on small actions and simple steps that you can make, to optimise your days, in all areas of living. It prints on A4 or view it digitally and make notes.
