Within each season, the moods of nature support certain activities; building momentum throughout the year. They nurture the necessary and the beloved, providing a loose framework with room to adapt (because disruption is part of life). I’ve put my life on paper in 3 lists; what I need to do, what I love to do and what to reduce or stop doing. Then applied them to the seasons; creating a simpler system. These actions occur throughout the year, though are supported by each in turn.

Pause – Winter – Reflection, rest, schedule what is ahead

Project – Spring – Begin or continue work, focus, explore

Play – Summer – Wander further and take notes

Plan – Autumn – Plan ahead and curate spaces

Do you work with seasonal moods? What are you embracing now?
